Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a telephone call from Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, HE Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
During the call, they discussed deepening and expanding cooperation between the two countries, as well as the mediation efforts between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The two sides expressed their utmost satisfaction with the breakthrough achieved in the negotiations and Pakistan's announcement of reaching the final text of the peace agreement. Both sides hoped that the American and Iranian sides would sign the accord soon.
In addition, both sides underscored their full support for ongoing good-faith efforts to address all pending issues through dialogue and peaceful means, culminating in the entrenchment of regional and global peace and stability, as well as opportunities for enduring peace in the region.
