DOHA: Rashid Nasser Al Nuaimi has been elected Chairman of Qatar Lawyers’ Association with Sheikh Thani bin Ali Al Thani as his deputy.
Advocate Mohamed Al Ansari was chosen as Secretary and Abdul Latif Al Mohannadi as Treasurer.
The association earlier held its annual general meeting where a nine-member executive committee was picked.
The committee met and elected office-bearers, Al Sharq reported yesterday.
