Doha: Renowned Qatari artist Ahmed Al Hadad shared his knowledge of ceramic art with over 70 visual arts teachers in Independent schools at Visual Arts Center, Katara.
Al Hadad has played a major role in instituting ceramic art in Qatar by taking part in establishing ceramic art departments at Centre of Arts for the Youth and Visual Arts Centre.
The workshop, organized by Supreme Education Council, is the third and final stage of a training programme to prepare teachers for the visual arts curriculum for primary school students which will be reintroduced in all primary Independent schools next academic year.
