According to WABetaInfo, the main source for news and updates regarding WhatsApp, the feature will allow channel owners to create and share polls directly within their channels using the chat attachment menu, allowing followers to respond to the questions directly.
The feature will enhance communication between admins and their followers by collecting feedback on content, gauging opinions on future topics, organizing events and measuring audience interest and potential participation.
Regarding privacy, all responses will be visible only to the channel admin, ensuring a confidential interactive experience.
