Doha, Qatar: The Sri Lankan Community Development Forum (CDF Qatar), representing the Sri Lankan community, has expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, paying tribute to his visionary leadership and lasting contributions to Qatar’s remarkable development.
