The second cargo plane carrying aid to Sudan flood victims under the directive of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani left Doha yesterday. The Qatari Search and Rescue Team of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) is entrusted with transporting and delivering the assistance.
