DOHA: Air India Express has decided to charge normal excess baggage rates on flights into India, with effect from August 15, 2014. The special excess baggage rate for 10kg will not apply at the airport. It will be applicable only when the excess baggage is booked in advance through the reservations system. The special excess baggage rate for 10kg can be availed of by passengers through the airline’s website (www.airindiaexpress.in).
