KABUL: At least three civilians were killed and six others injured Saturday by a car bomb in southern Afghanistan, an official said.
"The bomber detonated his car near a health center in Daman district on the airport road at 10am or 05300 GMT," Javed Faisal, governor spokesman for Kandahar province told dpa.
He said it was "not clear" whether the attack was intended for a convoy of NATO-led international troops that was a kilometre away. (QNA)
