Doha: Qatar Museums will hold the annual Teachers’ Council meeting on September 28.
The event provides teachers with the opportunity to get to know Qatar Museums closely, and to explore new exhibitions, school educational programmes, professional development programmes for teacher training and available learning resources for the 2022-2023 school year.
During the Teachers’ Council meeting the teachers will also have the opportunity to connect with educators and museum professionals, and form a long-term partnership with museum and cultural heritage professionals.
This meeting is an annual initiative launched by Qatar Museums under the patronage of Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Qatar Museums H E Sheikha Al Mayassa Bint Hamad Al Thani.
The Teachers Council differs from the Executive Teachers Council.
In the Executive Teachers Council the teachers collaborate closely with Qatar Museums to create and share educational resources.
