Doha: Lawyers Admission Committee convened on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice H E Masoud bin Mohammed Al Amri at the permanent premises of the Ministry of Justice.
The committee considered the topics incorporated into its agenda, including the swearing in of six lawyers before the committee, re-enrollment of a lawyer and considering the applications submitted for re-enrolling five of the corresponding business owners on the lists of practicing lawyers.
In addition, the committee considered the applications submitted by a number of new lawyers whose training period has ended, and held a meeting with several applicants for practicing the profession, in addition to approving the applications of three under-training lawyers.
The committee reviewed a number of topics regulating the legal profession, including the files presented for discussion on which the appropriate decisions have been taken.
