DOHA: The weather bureau has forecast a foggy morning today and said visibility will be poor. It will be misty to foggy at places in the morning at first and then the weather will clear as the day progresses.
Visibility could be as low as 1km early in the morning at places and later improve to 4km-8km, said the bureau.
