Cuba travel law

Cubans queue outside the Mexican Embassy in Havana, to request visas, yesterday. A law allowing Cubans to travel abroad without special exit visas took effect in the communist-ruled island for the first time in half a century. The measure does away with the exit visas that have kept most Cubans from travelling abroad.
