Doha: The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior started a comprehensive field survey on the services offered by the Airport Passports Department recently.
The objective of the survey is to gather views passengers and assess the range of their satisfaction on the standard of the services extended by the department.
The one-week survey is being conducted by a team from the department by distributing opinion measuring to the passengers passing through arrival and departure terminals of Doha International Airport.
The Ministry of Interior gives high importance to opinion surveys for their significant role in supporting the decision making process, finding out levels of adequacy of the services to the public and the insufficient aspects of those services and to enhance the efficiency of the services and their quality, the Director of Strategic Planning Department Colonel Abdul Rahman Majid Al Sualiti said.
