DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Tuesday 104.90 points or 1.21% to 8,534.78 points from the previous closing of 8,639.68.
The volume of shares traded up to 5,124,070 from 3,701,502 Monday, and the value of shares increased to QR263,139,155.48 from QR245,422,504.13 Monday.
Among the top losers were Qatar National Bank whose share dropped 0.74% to QR133.40, Industries Qatar lost 1.54% to QR160.00, Commercial Bank of Qatar fell 1.62% to Q72.90 and Rayan down 1.95% to QR25.10.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 1.31 points while the Insurance sector down 2.29 points. The Qatar industrial sector lost 1.40 points and the Services sector fell 1.31 points. (QNA)
