Gunbattle breaks out between security forces and militants in Shopian district

NEW DELHI--An encounter broke out between security forces and the militants in South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Thursday morning. This is the second encounter between the militants and the security forces in the last 24 hours in Kashmir Valley.
