Karthika Mahesh, a class 10 student of MES Indian School, bagged a cash award of QR5,000 for securing the first position in an art competition conducted by the Mall of Qatar in connection with Qatar National Day. The competition is an annual event that provides a platform for talented students to launch their artwork. Mahesh participated in the 14-16 age group of the contest. Judges selected her work after considering the relevance to the theme, visual effectiveness, creativity, and originality.
