Doha: QNB has welcomed a batch of new employees within the group by holding a graduation ceremony for participants of the Induction Programme that ended on January 29.
QNB holds the programme for new employees to improve their capabilities and help them adapt and integrate faster into the group’s international network.
It also helps develop new employees’ skills so that they can excel and realise their full potential.
The latest programme from December 14 to January 29 comprised 11 modules. The successful graduates will join QNB as tellers, customer service agents in retail banking through to roles within the group operations function.
