Doha: Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has announced the launch of the 3rd phase of its long-term strategy for the period 2026-2030, under the theme "The Leading Practices Phase", marking a strategic update that reflects the Corporation's corporate evolution and readiness for the next stage.
In a statement on Sunday, the corporation explained that the update builds upon KAHRAMAA's long-term strategic journey initiated in 2014, which has served as a clear roadmap towards sustainable growth and corporate performance excellence. It noted that it has completed the first two phases over the past years, achieving milestones that have contributed to enhancing its institutional readiness and establishing a culture of strategic work.
The corporation affirmed its success in implementing a number of vital transformation projects, in addition to possessing an ambitious list of strategic initiatives that it is working to complete.
On this occasion, President of KAHRAMAA HE Eng.
