DOHA: QIIB has announced that the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) did not take place yesterday because of lack of quorum.
The Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled on March 29, 2016 at 6pm at Ezdan Towers. The EGM is scheduled to be held on April 19, 2016 at 5pm.
The scheduled dates of both the meetings are subject to the approval from concerned authorities, a QIIB official statement said. yesterday.
