IIQS-Qatar members at the third Continuing Professional Development (CPD) 2020 event at Concorde Hotel.
Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors - Qatar Chapter (IIQS-Qatar) (Associated to Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC) under the aegis of Embassy of India in Qatar) successfully conducted its third Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of 2020 at Concorde Hotel on March 4.
John Coghlan, Principal, C&E LegalSolutions, delivered an entertaining and interactive lecture on the topic ‘Learn how Qatar Law impacts your Construction & Engineering Contract’ among 35+ members and guests.
The speaker included many Qatari Civil Code (Law No. 22 of 2004) Clauses having impact in the construction and Engineering Contract. The attendees found the presentation beneficial and enlightening.
Neshat Qureshi (IIQS-Qatar APC Committee member) welcomed the attendees and presided over the event. Kiran Kumar (IIQS-Qatar General Secretary) & Anshul Gupta (IIQS-Qatar Past President) felicitated John Coghlan for his knowledge sharing.
