A letter of intent was signed between Qatar and Moldova at the Ministry of Interior headquarters yesterday. Staff Maj. Gen. Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, Director-General, Public Security, and Moldovan Minister of Internal Affairs Oleg Balan inked the deal to strengthen cooperation in the fields of joint concern.
