Doha: MES Indian School has achieved excellent results in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Grade XII Examination held in March 2023 in which a total of 559 students appeared.
In the Science stream, Benito Varghese Biju emerged as the topper with 97.2 percent closely followed by Ayesha Erumwith 96.8 percent for the second position and Janisha Meshak James with 96.6 percent secured the third position.
In the Commerce stream, Mathew Binoy Kadavil topped the school with 95.2 percent followed by Fatma Rahmatullah in the second position with 94.6 percent and Hiba Asif with 93.8 percent in the third position.
In the Humanities stream, Afifa bint Mustafa topped the school with 94.4 percent marks, Sheikha Mouza Masoodul Haq secured the second position with 92 percent and Azhar Ismail with 87.4 percent in the third position. Benito Varghese Biju, Janisha Meshak James and Sehla Theruvath Kallungal K secured 100 marks in Informatics Practices. Arya Perbhaker scored 100 marks in Computer Science.
A total of 22 students secured A1 in all the 5 subjects. They are Benito Varghese Biju, Ayesha Erum, Janisha Meshak James, Fathima Haya Nazrin M U, Sehla Theruvath Kallungal Kabeer, Jaina Meshak James, Ramsha, Edwin Siby, Saima Nasrin, Mathew Binoy Kadavil, Fathima Ubaid, Gayathri Greenid, Minha Musthafa, Fatma Rahmatullah, Afifa bint Mustafa, Aamir Mohamed Safeer, FidaSaifudheen, Hiba Asif, Adarsh Shaji Nair, Adrija Rajesh, Faiha Faizal and Angelin Jacob.
The top scorers in different subjects are: Beracha Robin, Abigail Binoy Daniel, Alda Alex, Daana Ali K P, Airin Joshy, Saniya Beeb, Dana Ashraf Arippettamannil, Alwin Jacob and Venus Hanna Renu topped in English with 99 percent. Dritha Puthenpurayil Sanil, Ayesha Erum and Adrija Rajesh scored 95 marks in Mathematics while Mathew Binoy Kadavil secured 92 percent in Applied Mathematics.
In Physics, Benito Varghese Biju, Janisha Meshak James, Fathima Haya Nazrin M U, Jaina Meshak James, Ayesha Erum, Adrija Rajesh, Saima Nasrin, Fathima Ubaid, Ramsha, Adarsh Shaji Nair, Arya Perbhaker, Haifa Sherin, Alisha Brigit Binu, Fanhal Fathima, Dan David Kunnan, Akshay Krishna Paramanandal, Aysha Hesham Mahmoud, Riya Shibu and Afrin Faizal emerged as the toppers with 95 percent. Ayesha Erumand Ramsha top scored with 99 percent in Chemistry.
Ramsha emerged topper with 98 percent in Biology. Aayesha Samad Shaikh was the topper in Economics with 97 percent, Mathew Binoy Kadavil, Aayesha Samad Shaikh, Hiba Asif, Saniya Beeb, Zuhair and Huda Shakir Kanhirathodika top scored in Accountancy with 95 percent.
Afifa bint Mustafa with 91 percent scored the highest in History. Benito Varghese Biju, Janisha Meshak James and Sehla Theruvath Kallungal K secured the highest score of 100 percent in Informatics Practices. Arya Perbhakertop scored the highest in Computer Science with 100 percent, while Gayathri Greenid, Fathima Haya Nazrin M U, Faiha Faizal and Varsha Anil Kumar scored the highest in Home Science with 99 percent.
In Physical Education Ankitha Thayyil secured the maximum score of 99 percent. Nisrin Sajin and Nihad PuthiyaKandekkeel emerged toppers in Engineering Graphics with 99 percent.
Mathew Binoy Kadavil and Athulya Chathambally Arun became the subject toppers in Business Studies with 97 percent.
