DOHA: In the presence of Minister of Economy and Commerce, H E Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim Al Thani, the third edition of ‘Trade in Islam’ forum opened at the Sheikh Eid Charity Foundation theatre in Hazm Al Markhia.
The forum is organised by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in collaboration with Sheikh Eid Charity Foundation. The Board Chairman of Sheikh Eid Charity Foundation Dr Sheikh Mohammed bin Eid Al Thani and Vice Chairman of Qatar Chamber Mohammed bin Towar Al Kuwari, along with a number of dignitaries and businessmen attended the opening.
A group of Islamic scholars and think-tank, including Dr Tariq Al Suwaidan, Dr Mohamad Al Awadi and Sheikh Ahmad Al Buaynain took part in the forum.
They spoke about Islam and trade, rules and regulations for commercial activities, social responsibilities of the traders and personality development of young traders.
