Consultative sessions on the National Human Rights Action Plan (2026-2030), organised by the committee tasked with preparing the National Human Rights Action Plan, continued yesterday. The sessions are chaired by Minister of State for International Cooperation H E Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad. Yesterday’s session hosted Minister of Labour H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri. The session discussed several topics related to the Ministry of Labour’s responsibilities. In addition, proposals and approaches supporting the plan’s development were reviewed to ensure its alignment with national policies and legislation.
