Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to HE Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli on the occasion of his appointment as Prime Minister of Nepal.
