Tripoli: Libya's Akakus Oil Operations said Wednesday that it has recorded the highest daily crude oil production rate in July since 2014, reaching a ballpark figure of 332,056 barrels per day.
In a statement, the firm said the increase in production has been the outgrowth of drilling programs, well tie-ins, and efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
The company manages the joint operating agreement for the El Sharara oil field between Libya's National Oil Corporation and Spain's Repsol, France's TotalEnergies, Austria's OMV, and Norway's Equinor
