Staffan de Mistura, Italian special envoy and former deputy foreign minister, arrives at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Delhi yesterday, for a meeting with Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid to discuss the issue of two Italian marines accused of murdering two Indian fishermen they mistook for pirates. Mistura is in India to meet the pair, Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone, and their lawyers during his three-day visit.
