DOHA: The British Council Teaching Centre Qatar will start weekend English classes for all age groups due to an increased demand. The programme will begin on September 21 and conclude on December 5, with registrations open until September 19.
Robert Taylor, Director English Language Services, said: “Our English Language programme has seen unprecedented demand so far this year. We are delighted at the positive response from the local community, and as a result of this we will be operating classes on Saturday for all age groups due to strong demand”. The new term offers innovative English language training for adults and young learners. Classes for adults are open to all ages and ability levels. Classes for young learners are carefully divided into different ages and ability levels to best accommodate differing learning needs. Age groups in this category cover Juniors (7-10 years), Seniors (11-14 years) and Young Adults (15-17 years).
