Doha: A high level delegation of Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) headed by President Eng Essa bin Hilal Al Kuwari will participate in the 30th meeting of the Executive Office of the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity to be held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of Arab League in Cairo today.
The council will discuss a number of previous recommendations and other issues concerning joint efforts of the member countries in the electricity sector including power grid networks and measures taken towards the peaceful uses of the nuclear energy for electricity generation.
The council will also review the outcomes of the previous meetings, workshops and conferences organised for the development of the nuclear safety and security and basic infrastructure.
