Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) has achieved a new milestone by receiving the Excellence Award for Developing an Impactful AI Agent, presented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with Microsoft.
The award recognises QCAA’s outstanding efforts in developing an AI-powered agent that supports bid reviews, accelerates evaluation procedures and the preparation of technical and financial reports, improves data accuracy, and reduces manual effort, contributing to enhanced performance.
