DOHA: HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here on Thursday morning at his EmiriDiwan office with Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer and the President of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) KanayoNwanze who called on HH the Heir Apparent to greet him on the occasion of their participation at the International Conference on Food Security in Dry Lands (FSDL) currently held in Doha.
During the two meetings, HH the Deputy Emir stressed the need to exert all efforts to maintain Food Security, which is a national security issue to all nations, and to eliminate the encountered hindrances in its paths. (QNA)
