Doha: The Centre for Endowment Studies of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs issued a book under the title Endowment Provisions written by Mustafa Al Zarqa to be the debut publication of the centre within its framework of the goals for which the centre was established, that entail the dissemination of endowments studies, endowment culture, its provisions and matters.
The book is originally a series of scientific and methodical lectures delivered by the author before the students of Faculty of Law at University of Damascus. It also includes the conditions of the endowers and their purposes, where the edition is distinguished by a careful review of the author on his own copy, and other information that concerns the students with regard to their needs in various researches, in an educational style that offers the reader the way that makes him aware of endowment issues in his practical life.
