GAZA: Israeli authorities on Wednesday opened the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, which is located south east of the Gaza Strip, for the entry of 220 cargo trucks and the pumping of limited quantities of cooking gas and Qatari industrial diesel.
Palestinian Authority's liaison official Raed Fattouh said that the trucks are loaded with goods for commercial, agricultural and transportation sectors, including 20 trucks of gravel for private commercial sector.
Quantities of cement, construction iron and gravel for international projects, in addition to limited quantities of cooking gas and Qatari industrial diesel for the power station in Gaza will also be allowed through the same crossing, Fattouh added. (QNA)
