Doha, Qatar: The Minister of Municipality, HE Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah has honoured the partners, sponsors, and organising committee of the 13th Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition (AgriteQ 2026) during a ceremony held in the presence of several Ministry of Municipality officials, media representatives, volunteers, and a large audience.
During the closing ceremony, a short film was screened highlighting the key moments of the five-day exhibition, which featured specialized activities and events in the fields of agriculture and food security.
HE the Minister of Municipality also honoured the sponsors and supporting partners, most notably the Katara Cultural Village Foundation as the official sponsor, and the Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) as the media partner, along with a number of national companies operating in the fields of food security, agricultural industries, and hospitality.
The organising and supervisory committee of the exhibition was honoured for its efforts in ensuring the event's success. Several influential figures in the agricultural sector, business owners, and supporting entities were also recognised, including the Facilities and Entities Security Department of the Ministry of Interior, the General Directorate of Traffic, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).
At the end of the event, the Ministry of Municipality affirmed that the exhibition's success reinforces Qatar's position as a leading regional platform in agriculture and food security, expressing its anticipation of welcoming participants and visitors to the 14th edition of the exhibition next year.
