DOHA: The UAE government has granted permission to the family of Dr Mahmoud Al Jaida to visit him on April 17.
Al Jaida, a Qatari doctor, has been detained in the UAE for more than month and a half on unknown grounds.
His family members expressed their happiness on the decision of the UAE government.
“We are going to visit our father on Wednesday after a long time,” Al Jaida’s son Abdurrahman told Al Sharq.
“We wish to see our father as soon as possible and hop that our visit and my father will be back home with us soon,” he added. The Peninsula
