DOHA: The Radisson Blu Hotel Doha participated in the “No Paper Day Qatar” campaign organised by the Qatar Green Building Council from March 20 to April 10.

This year the No Paper Day was not only to reduce but to collect and recycle!

The campaigns aim was to encourage the local community to adopt eco-friendly initiatives geared at reducing waste nationwide and to remind the public that reducing the use of Qatar’s resources not only can improve business efficiency, but help to preserve the environment’s long-term health.

The hotel contributed the following items for recycling; 13 kg of beverage cans and 120 kg of plastic bottles.

All items were collected with the help of the operational teams from the housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage and the hotels responsible business team members!
