DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has announced the launch of a new e-service to enable companies and business organisations to buy its tender documents online. The e-service will start from June 24, a press statement said yesterday.
Through this facility, a company can buy tender documents online by getting itself registered at Kahramaa’s website (http://www.km.qa). This service facilitates companies to buy the tender documents online, furnishing salient information such as name of the company, e- mail, phone and fax, Commercial Registration (CR) number and its expiry date among others. The launch of this service comes within Kahramaa’s endeavour to provide high quality services aiming customer satisfaction.
Kahramaa adopts transparency to increase customer satisfaction by applying continual development and improvement.
The initiative is one of the outcomes of Kahramaa’s commitments towards its qualitative development aiming standard qualities and services. It will pave the way for hassle-free transactions and will help in conserve the environment. The environment-friendly policies and practices of Kahramaa is in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
