Al Rayyan players warm up on the final day of their preseason training camp in the Netherlands. The training camp commenced on July 21. Al Rayyan, who will make a return to the Qatar Stars League (QSL) this season are scheduled to return on Friday. The Lions played three friendlies during their overseas training camp, losing Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam B 1-0 in their first match before defeating Saudi side Al Shabab in their second friendly. They fell against Al Khor in their final friendly match. Al Rayyan are scheduled to play a couple of friendlies in Doha before the commencement of the new season on September 11.
