Al Sailiya eye victory over Al Shamal this weekend

DOHA: An underperforming Al Sailiya will look to bounce back in the Qatar Stars League (QSL) on Saturday when they take on Al Shamal at Al Sadd Stadium.
In what is the battle among the teams currently placed at the bottom of the table, Al Sailiya will be hoping to clinch their second win in the league.
From five matches, the side has just won one match and ended up losing four matches, confining them to just three points.
Al Shamal, on the other hand will be targeting their first victory in this year’s QSL edition, having lost four matches and drawn twice from their previous six battles.

On Friday, Al Shahaniya and Umm Salal will face each other at Al Gharafa Stadium.
Al Shahania, placed 11th on the table will be looking to surpass their tenth-placed opponents.
The side has four points from one win and a draw from five matches while Umm Salal has five points from a victory and two drawn matches, from the six matches they have played so far.
Al Sadd is leading the QSL table with 16 points from five victories, followed by Lekhwiya who have 15 points from as many wins in six matches.
