Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday ratified the Cabinet Decision No. 1 of 2013 to expropriate some real estates located in Al Sadd region (38) for the public interest.
The decision stipulates that measures provided under the Law No.13 of 1988 referred to, shall be implemented to compensate the affected property owners.
It is to be effective from the date of issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
