RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif met with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
According to an ISPR press release, matters related to regional and bilateral security were discussed. The COAS and Turkish PM also discussed defence cooperation and collaboration between the two countries.
Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu appreciated the successes achieved by Pakistan in Operation Zarb-e-Azb. “We stand by our bothers. Pakistan’s security is Turkey’s security and Pakistan’s flag is the Turkish flag,” the Turkish PM said.
