Henning Lohse-Busch, a research engineer at the Argonne National Lab, demonstrates electric car technology to US President Barack Obama during a tour of the facility. Obama travelled to Chicago for an event where he proposed diverting $2bn in revenue from federal oil and gas leases to pay for research on advanced vehicles.
