Aster DM Healthcare has marked the completion of its eleventh year offering healthcare services in Qatar. The anniversary was marked with a celebratory event held at the Regional Office, Doha. The event was attended by patrons of Aster and senior officials and employees of the Group.
In order to strengthen operations in Qatar, Aster Hospital is being developed and is scheduled for launch in 2015. The Hospital will offer state-of-the-art facilities, the latest in technology and medical expertise to provide tertiary care services.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sameer Moopen, CEO, DM Healthcare - Qatar stated: “As we celebrate the eleventh anniversary of Aster DM healthcare in Qatar, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Aster team for their outstanding commitment and services to the patients we serve. At Aster, we offer advanced, specialised treatment which is both accessible and affordable for our patients. We are devoted to providing care beyond boundaries and will continue to do for the decades to come. ”
The Group established its operations network in Qatar in 2003 and currently operates five medical centres, five pharmacies and one diagnostic centre in various parts of the country.
