Tehran--Iran and the United States have agreed on 90 percent of the technical questions in bilateral talks on Tehran's nuclear programme, an Iranian official at the Lausanne negotiations said Tuesday.
"We have agreed on 90% of the technical issues" in the negotiations with US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organisation Ali Akbar Salehi said, quoted by state television's website.
