DOHA: Ooredoo yesterday announced the launch of the third wave of its Hala Smart campaign, developed to give prepaid customers more minutes and more data at the same price. Hala Smart weekly prepaid bundles, which were launched in 2014, include a mixture of local Ooredoo minutes, mobile data and the company’s best out of bundle local call rate – a full week’s communication – with a range of plans priced at QR10, QR15, QR25, QR40 and QR60.
The new supercharged Hala Smart Weekly bundles, which became available from yesterday, have boosted the allowance of the previous packs, and give customers free access to the International Saver Key calling rate of just 45 Dhs / minute to 121 countries for no extra cost. With the new upgrade, Hala Smart weekly 10 and 15 now include 100 and 175 local Ooredoo minutes along with 100MB of mobile data in each plan. Hala Smart Weekly 25 and 40 offers 350 and 600 local Ooredoo minutes respectively along with 250MB mobile data.
For customers wanting unlimited calling on a prepaid plan, the company has also launched the new Hala Smart weekly bundle priced at QR60, which offers unlimited calling to any number in Qatar and 250MB mobile data, along with access to the International Saver Key rates.
