Doha: The Malaysian Embassy in Doha is requesting its residents living in the country to register with the embassy via ekonsular.kln.gov.my/login.
“For those who have already registered, please verify and update your personal and family members' particulars,” it added.
Registering would enable the embassy to get in touch with the individual during emergencies, or to inform on activities such as the Merdeka celebration (Malaysian Independence Day), promoting Malaysia, or any special event.
Meanwhile, for short visit of less than three months, Malaysians visiting Qatar are advised to provide the following details by calling the embassy, including name, passport number, telephone number or email address, address of the place of stay, date of arrival and expected date of departure.
