Football: 5 CAF Confederation Cup facts

Johannesburg - Five facts about the qualifiers for the CAF Confederation Cup last-16 stage this weekend:

-- Tunisians Club Africain and Etoile Sahel, Ivorians ASEC, Ghanaians Hearts of Oak, Egyptians Zamalek, South Africans Orlando Pirates and V Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo are former African champions.

-- Moroccans FUS Rabat are the other CAF title winners in the field -- they shocked CS Sfaxien 3-2 in Tunisia to lift the 2010 Confederation Cup.

-- Gabonese Mounana have scored the most goals, banging 12 past Zanzibaris Polisi and Zambians Power Dynamos in four games with nine coming at home. 

-- Surprise qualifiers Royal Leopard, a side composed of Swaziland policemen, have the leakiest defence with five goals conceded in four matches against South Africans Wits and Angolans Petro Atletico. 

-- Hearts of Oak boast the best record with three victories and a draw while Algerians ASO Chlef and Tanzanians Young Africans have been the least successful with two wins and two losses each.
