Doha: The Third Public Relations Regional Conference concluded yesterday affirming that the role of the public relation becomes very important in the greater changes in the institutions and establishments aiming at upgrading and promoting the community. 

A statement issued by the organising committee of the conference said the new situation in the Arab world and the changes witnessed in the region should make the senior leaders and decision-makers in the institutions and establishments to strengthen their skills in the field of public relations and to understand its role in crisis management in the electronic media, and networks of the social interaction . The participants affirmed necessity of organising training courses for directors and mangers of the public and private sectors to boost their skills in developing culture of the public relations in the domain of the social responsibility.
