Amman/BEIRUT: A car bomb exploded in Syria's sprawling Rukban refugee camp near the border with Jordan on Wednesday causing injuries, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and two rebel sources said.

The blast targeted fighters from a rebel group, the Britain-based war monitor said.

The blast came two days after a double car bomb attack at the same site.

Islamic State claimed responsibility for Monday's assault which killed at least six people.
