The St. Regis Doha sets up two Ramadan tents

The St. Regis Doha will feature two Arabian inspired tents during Ramadan. Set in the St. Regis Grand Ball Room, the Ramadan Souq Tent will be serving buffets inspired by Qatari traditions for Iftar and Suhour. In addition, this Ramadan will welcome a new tent by St Regis, the new Ladies Majlis, which will be laid out in Al Gassar Ballroom and serving an array of delicacies and desserts during Suhour. 
The Ramadan Souq tent features models representing traditional Qatari houses and heritage, elegant lighting, table decoration and private cabanas that are decorated to spread the Ramadan feeling into the room. Following the 2014 QTA award for “The Finest Ramadan Tent in Qatar”, the award winning tent will continue to excite and impress its guests this year.
The newly integrated Al Gassar Ballroom will become a ladies only majlis with a catwalk entry, stylish booths and a large dessert display. It will feature colourful drapes, Arabian lanterns, comfortable seating and beautifully adorned cabanas designed to accommodate families and friends in privacy. Some cabanas include flat screen TVs, in order for the guests to enjoy their favourite Ramadan show while enjoying their meal. Open for Suhour, the Ladies Majlis will offer sharing platters that comprise of flavour-rich bites and a large variety of desserts. The Ladies Majlis Suhour  will also feature a small Pierre Herme Paris pop up shop in the tent. 
The St. Regis Doha Ramadan Souq tent will serve Iftar daily from sunset to 7:30pm and Suhour from 9:30pm until 2:00am.  Price is QR230 for Iftar and QR290 for Suhour including beverages. The Ladies Majlis will be open for Suhour only. Price is QR180.
